Party animals don't have to eat like animals, give filet mignon a go. It grills up so tender, you'll think it's heavenly, but is really (still) a party in your mouth.

1 Teaspoon | salt |
1 Teaspoon | black pepper |
1 Teaspoon | garlic salt |
1 Cup | Parmesan cheese |
4 | garlic |
1 Tablespoon | Dijon mustard |

When ready to cook, set grill temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

While the grill is heating up, season the filets with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Also mince your garlic and chop your Parmesan so it's fine, and combine.

When the grill reaches temperature, place filets on the grill and cook for 4 minutes on each side. After 8 minutes total, spread the filets with the Dijon mustard and dip in the minced garlic and Parmesan cheese mixture and place back on the grill for another 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Let rest for 5 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
