Enjoy a sweet sip of summertime. Smoked lemon & honey rosemary syrup, lime, cucumber and vodka make for a sweet and earthy refresher.

1 Cup | honey |
2 | lemons, zested |
2 Sprig | rosemary, plus more for garnish |
1/4 Cup | water |
2 Slices | cucumber |
3/4 Ounce | lime juice |
1 1/2 Ounce | vodka |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

To make smoked lemon and rosemary honey syrup, thin 1 cup honey by adding 1/4 cup water to a shallow pan. Add lemon zest and 2 sprigs of rosemary.

Place the pan directly on the grill grate and smoke for 45 minutes to an hour. Remove from heat, strain, and cool.

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumbers and 1oz of the smoked lemon and rosemary honey syrup.

After muddling, add lime juice, vodka, and ice. Shake and double strain into a coup glass.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!
