Our twist on a turkey burger infuses rich, Asian flavors into a hearty patty topped with spicy Sriracha mayo.

1 1/2 Pound | ground turkey, 85% lean |
1/2 Cup | panko breadcrumbs |
1/4 Cup | finely chopped cilantro |
3 | cloves garlic, minced |
2 | scallions, finely chopped |
3 Tablespoon | soy sauce |
1 Tablespoon | sesame oil |
1 Tablespoon | grated ginger |
1 Teaspoon | red pepper flakes |
1 | tomato, sliced, for serving |
1 | red onion sliced, for serving |
1 Head | Boston lettuce or living lettuce, for serving |

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 425°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Make the Sriracha mayo. In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise and Sriracha, mix well to combine, and set aside.

In a large bowl, add the turkey, panko, cilantro, garlic, scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Using your hands, mix all the ingredients together until fully incorporated.

Form 1/3 lb of the mixture into a patty. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture until all of it is used.

Insert the probe horizontally into the center of a burger patty. Place the burgers directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until well browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Remove the burgers from the grill. Place the burgers on a piece of lettuce, spread with spicy mayo, and top with sliced tomato, and red onion. Wrap the burger in additional lettuce. Enjoy!
