Say goodbye to store-bought and hello to homemade. Protein bars don't get any sweeter than this; oats, cherries, honey, and a little vanilla make these bars go the distance.

2 Cup | frozen sweet cherries, thawed and drained |
1 Cup | Apricots, Frozen |
1 | Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder |
2 Tablespoon | honey |
1 Teaspoon | vanilla extract |
1 Cup | rolled oats |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 350℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
In the bowl of a food processor, add cherries, apricots (revived in hot water for 5 minutes and drained), vanilla protein powder, honey, and vanilla. Pulse about 10 to 15 times, to break the fruit into smaller pieces and to mix all ingredients.
2 Cup frozen sweet cherries, thawed and drained
1 Cup Apricots, Frozen
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
2 Tablespoon honey
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Step 3
In a separate bowl, fold together oats and fruit mixture. Transfer mixture to a loaf pan or silicone mold and place in grill.

Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
