Traeger’s Gin & Tonic takes an old-school classic and brings it into the smoke age with grilled oranges and smoked berries.

1/4 Cup | berries |
1 | orange, sliced |
2 Tablespoon | granulated sugar |
1 1/2 Ounce | gin |
1/2 Cup | tonic water |
1 Sprig | fresh mint, for garnish |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

For the Smoked Berries: Spread mixed fresh berries on a sheet pan and place directly on the grill grate. Smoke for 30 minutes then remove from grill.

For the Orange Slices: Increase the grill temperature to 450℉ and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Toss the orange slices with granulated sugar and place directly on grill grate. Cook for about 5 minutes, turning once or until the slices have developed grill marks.

Pour gin into a glass, add ice and berries, then top with tonic water. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and grilled orange wheel. Enjoy!
