Sausage, potatoes, corn, and shrimp are all roasted on the Traeger, then tossed together for a broil so flavorful you won’t soon forget.

2 Pound | smoked kielbasa sausage |
3 Pound | large shrimp with tails, deveined |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 450℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Drizzle potatoes with half of the olive oil and lightly season with Old Bay seasoning. Place directly on the grill grate. Roast 20 minutes or until tender.

Drizzle corn with remaining olive oil and lightly season with Old Bay seasoning. Place corn and kielbasa directly on the grill grate next to the potatoes. Roast 15 minutes.

Season shrimp with Old Bay seasoning. Place shrimp directly on grill grate next to the rest of the items and cook for 10 minutes, or until bright pink and cooked through.

Remove everything from the grill and transfer to a large bowl. Add butter and season with more Old Bay seasoning to taste. Toss to coat and serve immediately. Enjoy!
