3 Cup pulled pork
2 Medium Sweet Onion
1 Tablespoon butter
To Taste Salt
To Taste Black pepper
8 Slices bacon, sliced
8 hot dogs
8 hot dog buns
2 Cup shredded cheddar

2 Medium Sweet Onion
1 Tablespoon butter
To Taste Salt
To Taste Black pepper
8 Slices bacon, sliced
8 hot dogs
8 hot dog buns
2 Cup shredded cheddar

    Preheat the Traeger with the lid closed to 375°F; this will take about 15 minutes.

    Wrap left over pork in a double layer of aluminum foil and place on grill grates. Place sliced onions in an aluminum foil packet with butter and salt and pepper to taste and place in grill. Place bacon on grates and cook till heated through and just starting to crisp, about 10 minutes.

    Remove bacon from grill and let cool slightly. Wrap one slice of bacon around each hot dog. Return bacon wrapped hot dog to grill and cook until the bacon is crispy, 10 to 15 minutes.

    Remove pork and onions from grill.

    Assemble hot dog in bun, topped with grilled onions, cheese, pork and sauce. Enjoy!
