Form ground beef into eight 1/3 pound patties. Season each patty on both sides with Traeger Beef Rub.

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 350℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

For the Bacon: Place bacon slices directly on grill grate and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crispy.

Increase the Traeger temperature to 450℉ and preheat.

Place burger patties directly on grill grate and cook for 4 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.

Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and cook, lid closed, until cheese melts.

To serve, spread the Traeger Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce onto each bottom bun and top with the pickles and patty, then repeat with BBQ sauce, pickles, patty, BBQ sauce, and finally the bacon. Top with top bun. Enjoy!
