We're adding smokin' sweetness to this mule. Strawberries are grilled and shaken with vodka, Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup, lemon juice, and ginger beer then served over crushed ice for a tangy, sweet treat of a drink.

1/2 Ounce | smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought) |
1/2 Ounce | Fresh lemon juice |

Step 1
When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 400°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place strawberries directly on the grill grate and cook 15 minutes or until grill marks appear.

For the cocktail: Add vodka, grilled strawberries, Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker. Shake vigorously.
1 1/2 Ounce vodka
1/2 Ounce smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought)
1/2 Ounce Fresh lemon juice
4 grilled strawberries, plus more for serving
Step 4
Double strain into a fresh glass or copper mug with crushed ice.
Step 5
Top with ginger beer and garnish with extra grilled strawberries and fresh mint. Enjoy!
