When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 450°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Cut the pork tenderloin into thin strips lengthwise. Trim into pieces shorter than the bacon, if necessary.

Slather one side of the pork tenderloin with the Dijon honey mustard. Place the tenderloin on a piece of bacon and roll with the bacon on the outside. Secure with skewers.

Place the skewered twirls directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes. Flip and brush with Traeger Apricot BBQ Sauce. Close the lid and cook until the pork is cooked through, bacon is crispy, and sauce begins to caramelize, 8-10 minutes.

Remove the skewers from the grill and let the twirls cool for 3-5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
