Cold-smoke cream before whipping to add an extra dollop of delicious to any Traegered dessert.

3 Cup | heavy cream |
1/2 Cup | sour cream |
6 Tablespoon | powdered sugar |
1/2 Tablespoon | vanilla extract |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Pour heavy cream in an oven-safe dish or pan. Do not use cast iron.

Step 3
Place cream on Traeger grill and cook on the Smoke setting for 20 minutes. For a stronger smoke flavor, smoke for 40 minutes.

Step 4
Remove cream from the Traeger and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Place in fridge for at least 6 hours.
Step 5
Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl and add the whipping cream. Whisk just until the cream reaches stiff peaks.
