Cool down your drink with smokin' flavor. Pomegranate juice and seeds are smoked over apple wood, frozen into cubes and used to cool down this vodka lemonade combo.

3 | smoked pomegranate ice cubes |
1 1/2 Ounce | vodka |
4 Ounce | lemonade |
1 | lemon wheel, for garnish |

Step 1
When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 225℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

For the Smoked Pomegranate Ice Cubes: Pour one small container of POM juice and 1 cup of pomegranate seeds into a shallow sheet pan. Smoke on the Traeger for 45 minutes. Pull off grill and let sit until cooled.

Step 3
Pour smoked POM juice into ice molds of your choice and put into freezer.
Step 4
When ready to serve, place the frozen pomegranate cubes into a mason jar. Pour vodka and lemonade over the ice cubes.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh mint. Enjoy!
