Your favorite movie night snack is all grown up. Buttery, garlicky, cheesy, with a hint of smoke, you may never be able to eat the regular stuff again.

2 Teaspoon | Italian seasoning, finely crumbled |
1 Teaspoon | garlic powder |
1 Teaspoon | Salt |
1/4 Cup | popcorn kernels |
1/2 Cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 250℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and stir to combine. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3
Add 1/4 cup of popcorn to a brown paper lunch bag. Fold the top of the bag over twice to close. Place the bag in the microwave and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until there are about 5 seconds between pops. Open the bag with care and dump into a large mixing bowl.

Step 4
Pour butter mixture of popcorn in a bowl and toss to combine. Dump popcorn onto a baking sheet and place in grill.
Step 5
Smoke for 10 minutes; remove from grill. Toss with parmesan cheese to serve. Enjoy!
