Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef with the Worcestershire sauce and Traeger Beef Rub until combined; do not overmix. Shape the beef mixture into 8 patties.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke, if available.
