In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef with the Worcestershire sauce and Traeger Beef Rub until combined; do not overmix. Shape the beef mixture into 8 patties.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke, if available.

Place the patties directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and smoke for 2 hours.
