Smoke pomegranate juice low and slow on the Traeger before mixing it with sparkling wine and topping it off with a lemon twist for your new favorite cocktail.

1 1/2 Ounce | smoked pomegranate juice |
3 Ounce | sparkling white wine |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

For the Smoked Pomegranate Juice: Pour POM juice and a cup of pomegranate seeds into a shallow sheet pan. Smoke on the Traeger for 45 minutes. Pull off grill, strain, discard seeds and let sit until chilled.

Add 1-1/2 ounces of the smoked pomegranate juice to the bottom of a champagne flute.

Add sparkling white wine, a few fresh pomegranate seeds and a lemon twist to garnish. Enjoy!
