As Needed | Olive oil |
As Needed | salt and pepper |
As Needed | soy sauce |
As Needed | Sriracha |

Lightly baste both sides of tuna steaks in olive oil; sprinkle sea salt and ground pepper on each side.

When ready to cook, turn temperature to High and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Grill tuna steaks on each side for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes.

Remove tuna from grill and allow to cool slightly.

Cut into 1/2 - 3/4” pieces. Serve with a mixture of Soy Sauce and Sriracha. Enjoy!"
