Diva Q, the Queen of BBQ, shared her spicy smoked holiday nuts recipe with us & it hits every savory note to perfection.

1 Teaspoon | toasted sesame oil |
2 Cup | nuts (almonds, pecans, peanuts, etc.) |
1 1/2 Teaspoon | Cholula Chipotle Hot Sauce |
1 1/2 Teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
2 Tablespoon | honey powder, optional |
2 Teaspoon | cayenne powder, optional |
1 Teaspoon | cinnamon, optional |
1 Teaspoon | kosher salt |

Mix all ingredients (except salt) in a bowl and spread onto a greased disposable aluminum pan in a single layer. Optionally, for a sweet and spicy smoked nut, add 2 Tablespoons honey powder, 2 teaspoons cayenne powder and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 250°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Smoke the nuts for approximately 1 hour, turning the nuts every 15 minutes. When they are done, remove from the grill and sprinkle on the salt.
