Toss this grilled vegetable medley on top of a juicy grilled steak or beside a leg of lamb to add a splash of color, they taste smoky sweet and are super colorful.

1 Whole | red onion |
2 Whole | red bell pepper |

Step 1
When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Salt and pepper all vegetables and grill them on both sides. Begin with the peppers and onions as they will take a little longer to cook.
