To Taste | Traeger Chicken Rub |
1/2 Pound | new potatoes, quartered |
8 Ounce | cremini mushrooms, cleaned and quartered |
To Taste | salt and pepper |
1/2 Pound | green beans, ends trimmed |
1 Medium | lemon, cut into 3/4 inch slices |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 400°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and Traeger Chicken Rub. Place the potatoes, mushrooms, and chicken in the middle of a large sheet of foil, season with more salt and pepper as needed, and wrap up tightly.

Place foil pack directly on the grill grate and cook for 15 minutes.

Open up the foil pack and add green beans, lemon and additional salt and pepper, if needed. Wrap back up and return to the Traeger for an additional 10 minutes.
