Toss those broccoli stalks in fresh lemon juice, herbs, and Parmesan for a refreshing summer side dish. Robust hardwood smoke makes grilled vegetables taste amazing.

2 Tablespoon | Olive oil |
1 | garlic clove, minced |
1/4 Teaspoon | kosher salt |
1/4 Teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper |
1/4 Cup | grated Parmesan cheese |

Place the broccoli in a large resealable bag.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, then drizzle over the broccoli in the bag and toss to coat. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 375°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place the broccoli in a grilling basket or on a baking sheet tray to prevent it from sticking to or falling through the grill grates. Place the basket on the grill, close the lid, and cook until the broccoli is crisp-tender, 8-10 minutes.

Remove the broccoli from the grill and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
