Skip the ice cream truck and make your own fruity sweet treat two ways. Grilled pineapple and watermelon are pureed and molded into creamsicle pops, perfect for any sweet tooth.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 180°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

Place the watermelon and pineapple directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and smoke for 15-20 minutes.

Remove the fruit from the grill and cut the rind off the watermelon. Cut the watermelon into 1-inch pieces and transfer to a blender.

Puree until smooth, then strain. Repeat with the pineapple, keeping them separate.

Add 1/4 cup sugar to each puree, the juice of 1 lime to each, and ½ cup cream to each. Whisk until sugar dissolves.

In a popsicle mold, fill each 1/4 of the way with pineapple, 1/2 with watermelon, then an additional 1/4 with pineapple.

Place the molds in the freezer for 1 hour until partially frozen. Insert popsicle stick and place back in the freezer overnight until frozen solid.

For serving, run hot water around the outside of the popsicle mold and slowly remove the pop. Enjoy!
