These wings make Asian BBQ fusion perfection. Chicken wings are marinated with peanut butter, soy sauce and given a spicy kick with Sriracha, grilled hot and fast over hickory and topped with fresh scallions and peanuts.

1/4 Cup | peanut butter |
2 Teaspoon | Sriracha |
4 Tablespoon | soy sauce |
4 Tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
2 Clove | garlic, minced |
1 Bunch | scallions, chopped |
1 To Taste | Peanuts, Dry-Roasted, Chopped |
Step 1
In a small bowl combine peanut butter, Sriracha, soy sauce, Worcestershire, minced garlic and mix well.
1/4 Cup peanut butter
2 Teaspoon Sriracha
4 Tablespoon soy sauce
4 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Clove garlic, minced
Step 2
Combine wings and half of the marinade in a Ziploc bag and toss to coat. Reserve the remaining marinade.
Step 3
Place in the fridge and marinate 3-4 hours.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 350℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place wings directly on the grill grate and cook 35-40 minutes flipping every 5 minutes until internal temperature of the wings registers 165℉.

Step 6
Remove from grill and serve with reserved marinade to dip. Top with chopped peanuts and scallions if desired. Enjoy!
