Jump right into this "rummy" cocktail. Golden rum, a little simple syrup, and lime juice are all you need to make a splash with this one.

2 Ounce | Banks 7 Golden Age Rum |
3/4 Ounce | grilled lime juice |
3/4 Ounce | smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought) |
1 Pinch | cayenne powder, for garnish |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 500℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

For the Grilled Lime Juice: Slice 2 limes in half and place on the grill.

For the garnish: take 1 lime and slice into wheels 1/4 inch thick and place on grill. Cook for 15 minutes or until the limes have a nice grill mark on one side. Set the lime wheels aside.

Juice the halved limes.

Combine Banks 7 Golden Age Rum, grilled lime juice and Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup in a shaker glass with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a grilled lime wheel and a pinch of cayenne. Enjoy!
