Maple Bacon Pull Aparts

Rise and shine with bacon. These breakfast rolls are a whole lot of sweet with a dash of savory bacon on top.

1 Poundsliced bacon
2 CanJumbo homestyle refrigerator biscuits
1 Cuppacked brown sugar
1 Cupmaple syrup
1 Cup(2 sticks) unsalted butter
1/2 Cupwater
2 Teaspoonground cinnamon
Cooking spray, for greasing

Steps

  • Step 1

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 400°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Place the bacon directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook on each side for 5-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of your bacon.

    Ingredients
    • 1 Pound sliced bacon

  • Step 3

    Remove the bacon from the grill. Reduce the grill temperature to 350°F. Allow to cool slightly, then crumble the bacon and set aside.

  • Step 4

    Remove the biscuits from the can and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and peel each piece in half. Place the biscuit pieces in a large bowl and set aside.

    • 2 Can Jumbo homestyle refrigerator biscuits

  • Step 5

    In a saucepan over medium heat, add the maple syrup, brown sugar, butter and water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 1 minute. Stir in the cinnamon.

    • 1 Cup maple syrup

    • 1 Cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

    • 1/2 Cup water

    • 2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Step 6

    Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray. In the bowl with the biscuit pieces, add the crumbled bacon and syrup and mix to coat. Pour into the greased bundt pan and spread around evenly.

  • Step 7

    Place the bundt pan directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook until the biscuits are cooked through, 30-35 minutes.

  • Step 8

    Remove the bundt pan from the grill and invert the pan onto a serving platter. Serve warm. Enjoy!
