Everyone loves a luau and fresh grilled fish is at the top of the menu. Sweet mahi-mahi makes you feel like you're retreating to the islands.

1 Fillet, mahi-mahi
1 zucchini
1 Cupred onion, sliced
1 Cupbaby carrots
1 CupGreen Beans, flat
1 Cupextra-virgin olive oil
1 TeaspoonTraeger Veggie Rub
1 Teaspoon
1 Teaspoonbasil leaves

Steps

  • Step 1

    Cut mahi-mahi into fifteen squares.

    Ingredients
    • 1  Fillet, mahi-mahi

  • Step 2

    Mix all ingredients in a shallow pan. Thread ingredients onto Traeger skewers.

    • 1  zucchini

    • 1 Cup red onion, sliced

    • 1 Cup baby carrots

    • 1 Cup Green Beans, flat

    • 1 Cup extra-virgin olive oil

    • 1 Teaspoon Traeger Veggie Rub

    • 1 Teaspoon Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub

    • 1 Teaspoon basil leaves

  • Step 3

    When ready to cook, start the Traeger and set the temperature to 450°F and preheat, lid closed for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Place kabobs in grill and cook for 8 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
