Everyone loves a luau and fresh grilled fish is at the top of the menu. Sweet mahi-mahi makes you feel like you're retreating to the islands.

1 | zucchini |
1 Cup | red onion, sliced |
1 Cup | baby carrots |
1 Cup | Green Beans, flat |
1 Cup | extra-virgin olive oil |
1 Teaspoon | Traeger Veggie Rub |
1 Teaspoon | |
1 Teaspoon | basil leaves |
Step 1
Cut mahi-mahi into fifteen squares.
1 Fillet, mahi-mahi
Step 2
Mix all ingredients in a shallow pan. Thread ingredients onto Traeger skewers.

1 Cup red onion, sliced
1 Cup baby carrots
1 Cup Green Beans, flat
1 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 Teaspoon Traeger Veggie Rub
1 Teaspoon Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub
1 Teaspoon basil leaves
Step 3
When ready to cook, start the Traeger and set the temperature to 450°F and preheat, lid closed for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place kabobs in grill and cook for 8 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
