Our Italian Beef Pinwheels are ready to roll. Spinach, Havarti, and provolone cheese, as well as sun-dried tomatoes, are rolled inside skirt steak and roasted for 45 minutes to tender perfection.

4 Slices | Havarti Cheese |
4 Slices | provolone cheese |
1 Cup | sun-dried tomatoes |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 375℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Season skirt steak generously with Traeger Prime Rib Rub. Lay your skirt steak flat and add a layer of spinach. Depending on the size of the steak, add up to the full 2 cups. Then add a layer of cheese and lastly the sun-dried tomatoes.

Tightly roll the meat up and insert toothpicks to hold it together.

Place meat roll directly on the grill grate and cook for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
