This cocktail is sweet like honey. Bourbon, grapefruit juice, and a Grapefruit Sculpin brew, are brought together and topped with sugar-coated grilled grapefruit wheels for the perfect sweet and sour refresher.

1/2 Ounce | smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought) |
2 Ounce | honey glazed grilled grapefruit, juiced |
1 Bottle | Ballast Point Grapefruit Sculpin |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 375℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

For the honey glazed grapefruit: Slice one grapefruit in half and coat with 2 tablespoons honey.

Take the other grapefruit and slice into wheels. Toss the wheels in granulated sugar until well coated.

Place the grapefruit halves and wheels directly on the grill grate, cut side down, and cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from grill and set the wheels aside.

Squeeze the grapefruit halves into a measuring cup. It should yield about 2 oz juice.

Pour the grapefruit juice into a shaker and add bourbon and Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup then top with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds.

Strain into glass, add ice and fill with beer. Garnish with the grilled grapefruit wheel. Enjoy!
