4 Tablespoon | extra-virgin olive oil |
1 Cup | water |
1 Tablespoon | poppy seeds |
1 Tablespoon | toasted sesame seeds |
1 Tablespoon | dried garlic |
1 Tablespoon | dried onions |
2 Teaspoon | coarse salt |

When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Mix together flour, sugar, and salt.

Add the oil and water to form a soft sticky dough. If there is still flour in the bottom of the bowl add a little bit of water until all the flour is incorporated.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and roll out to 1/8” thick. If the dough begins to shrink back as you are rolling, cover the dough and let rest for 5 minutes then roll again.

Mix the remaining seasonings together in a small bowl.

Brush the dough with a little bit of water and sprinkle the seasoning over the cracker dough.

Cut the crackers into squares and transfer them to a parchment lined baking sheet leaving space between each cracker.

Place baking sheet on the grill grate and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the edges have begun to brown and the crackers are crisp. Serve with meat and cheese. Enjoy!
