The more time you spend applying the glaze, the more time you'll have to sip some bourbon on the sly. Say hello to sweet, savory, succulent flavor with this apple-glazed ham.

2 Tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
2 Tablespoon | bourbon |
2 Teaspoon | Fresh lemon juice |
1/2 Teaspoon | ground cloves |

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 325℉ and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place the ham directly on the grill grates. Insert the probe into the thickest part of the ham. Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the apple jelly. Whisk in the apple juice, mustard, bourbon, lemon juice, and cloves, then remove the pot from the heat.

After 30 minutes, brush the ham with the apple bourbon glaze. Close the lid and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 135℉, another 30 minutes.

Remove the ham from the grill and let rest for 20 minutes before carving. Warm the remaining glaze and serve with the ham, if desired. Enjoy!
