When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Spray the wells of a muffin tin with cooking spray. Cut the ham to a size just larger than each muffin well.

Place the ham slices directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook for 5-10 minutes per side, or until nice grill marks appear.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy whipping cream. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Remove the ham from the grill. Place a slice of ham in each muffin well to form a little cup for the egg mixture. Fill the cups with the egg-cream mixture.

Place the muffin tin directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and bake until the eggs are cooked to desired doneness, 12-15 minutes. Top the egg cups with cheese during the last few minutes of cooking and allow it to melt.

Remove the muffin tin from the grill. Carefully remove the ham and egg cups and garnish with fresh chopped chives, or cilantro as desired. Enjoy!
