We are head over heels for grilled seasonal fruit and you will be too. This recipe is as simple as it is scrumptious. All you need is fruit, honey, and your Traeger to go next-level status on dessert tonight.

1/4 Cup | honey, plus more for drizzling |
2 Whole | seasonal fruits, such as apricots, peaches, or plums |
As Needed | Gelato of choice, for serving |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 450°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Slice each piece of fruit in half and remove the pit. Brush the cut sides with honey and sprinkle with sugar.

Place the fruit directly on the grill grates, cut-side down. Close the lid and cook until grill marks appear.

Remove the fruit from the grill and serve with gelato and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
