Cool off with this sweet, refreshing sip. Sugar-coated lemons and strawberries get a kick of Traeger heat before hitting the blender with ice and a splash of a little something to make it “adult-friendly.”

1/2 Cup | turbinado sugar |
8 | lemon, halved |
1/4 Cup | Cointreau |
1/4 Cup | simple syrup |
2 Cup | Ice |
1 Cup | Tito's Vodka |

When ready to cook, set grill temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Dip the lemon halves in turbinado sugar and place directly on the grill grate. Toss the strawberries with remaining sugar and place next to the lemons.

Cook until grill marks develop on both, about 15 min for lemons and 10 min for strawberries.

Remove from heat and let cool.

Juice grilled lemons straining out any seeds or pulp. Pour into a blender pitcher.

Remove stems from grilled strawberries and place in blender pitcher with lemon juice. Add simple syrup, vodka, cointreau, and 2 cups of ice.

Puree until smooth and transfer to 4-6 glasses. Garnish with grilled strawberries and grilled lemon slices if desired. Enjoy!
