If you’re wild about burgers but not the cholesterol, these wild game sliders will have you singing ’till the buffalo come home.

1 Pound | ground buffalo |
3 Clove | garlic, minced |
2 Tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1 Teaspoon | Salt |
1 Teaspoon | black pepper |
Step 1
Combine the buffalo meat, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Blend together with hands.

1 Teaspoon black pepper
Step 2
Form meat into 8 small patties. Place on a plate and put in fridge.

When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Remove patties from fridge and place on grill. Grill patties for 4 minutes on each side and remove from grill.

If you want to add cheese, place sliced cheese on patties the last 2 minutes of cooking to melt.

To toast buns, place buns on grill grate the last minute of cooking.
Step 7
Serve with sliced onions, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, and condiments of your choice. Enjoy!
