Go big with this sweet fig cocktail. Grilled peaches, honey-glazed oranges, fig spread and lemon juice all shaken together for a cool, refreshingly fragrant cocktail.

1/2 Ounce | Fresh lemon juice |
2 Ounce | bourbon |
1 1/2 Ounce | honey glazed grilled orange juice |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 325℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Pit the peach and cut in half. Cut one of the oranges in half. Glaze the peach and orange cut sides with honey and set directly on the grill grate until the honey caramelizes and the fruit has grill marks.

Cut the second orange into wheels and coat with granulated sugar on both sides. Place directly on the grill grate and cook 15 minutes each side or until grill marks form.

In a mixing tin, add grilled peaches, bourbon, orange fig spread, fresh lemon juice, and honey-glazed orange juice.

Shake vigorously to blend the juices and fig spread. Strain over clean ice. Garnish with a grilled orange wheel. Enjoy!
