Try out this perfect low carb grab and go breakfast. Bacon and eggs are given a new wood-fired meaning with this yolk worthy dish.

When ready to cook, set the temperature to 375 degrees F and preheat, lid closed 10-15 minutes.

Place bacon strips directly on the grill grate and cook about 15 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel and pat dry.

Spray a muffin tin liberally with cooking spray. Line each muffin cup with one slice of bacon then crack one egg into each cup. Season each cup with salt and pepper.

Transfer muffin tin to the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes until the bacon is crisp, whites are just set, and yolk is still runny. Enjoy!
