Go bold with your brew by mixing it with our Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup, bitters, and bourbon and topping it all off with a grilled orange slice.

1 1/2 Fluid Ounce | Teeling Whiskey |
3/4 Ounce | smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought) |
3 Dash | Aromatic bitters |
3 Fluid Ounce | Guinness |
1 | Amarena cherry, for garnish |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 450°F and preheat with the lid closed 15 minutes.

Place orange slices directly on the grill grate and cook 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from grill and let cool.

In a mixing glass, add whiskey, Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup and bitters. Add ice and shake. Pour over a beer glass filled with ice and top off with cold Guinness.

Garnish with a grilled orange slice and Amarena cherry. Enjoy!
