2 Whole | star anise |
1 Whole | cinnamon stick |

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 450°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Roast the orange. Cut the zested orange in half, place cut-side down on the grill, and cook for 10 minutes, until juicy. Remove from the grill.

In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, orange zest, sugar, star anise, Traeger Simple Syrup, and cinnamon stick. Squeeze the orange juice into the pan.

Place pan over medium heat and cook, allowing the berries to open up and the sauce to thicken, about 10-15 minutes.

Remove from the heat, cool, and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
