Fresh from the hunt, these Traeger roasted Cornish game hens will be the sweet meat of triumph.

1 Tablespoon | ground ginger |
5 Whole | Cornish game hens |
15 Sprig | fresh thyme |
2 Large | oranges, quartered |
2 Tablespoon | Olive oil |
1 Bottle | (12 oz) mandarin orange sauce |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 375°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Combine onion powder, granulated garlic, Jacobsen Salt, and ground ginger.

Remove the hens from the packaging. Remove any giblets from each cavity and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Place 4 to 5 sprigs of fresh thyme into each cavity, along with 1 orange wedge.

Sprinkle each bird with the spice mixture, then rub with olive oil. Tie the legs together with butcher's twine.

Place the game hens on the Traeger and cook for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, brush each hen with mandarin glaze. Let them cook an additional 20 minutes and brush again with the glaze.
