4 Tablespoon | unsalted butter, melted |

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 375°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

2
Rinse the Cornish game hens under cold running water, inside and out. (Game hens do not usually come with giblets, but check the cavities before rinsing. If you find giblets, freeze them for chicken stock, if desired.) Dry thoroughly with paper towels. Tuck the wings behind the backs and tie the legs together with butcher's twine.
3
Rub the outside of each hen with the melted butter. Season with Traeger Chicken Rub. Slip a sprig of rosemary into the main cavity of each hen.
4
Arrange the hens directly on the grill grates. Insert the probe into the thigh of a hen. Close the lid and roast until the juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 165°F, 50-60 minutes.
