12 Ounce | coarse ground coffee |

Place half the coffee grounds in a plastic container and slowly pour 3-1/2 cups of water over the top of the grounds. Add remaining grounds and pour another 3-1/2 cups of water over the top in a circular motion.

Press the grounds down into the water using the back of a spoon. Cover and transfer to the refrigerator and let sit for 18 to 24 hours.

Remove from the refrigerator and strain into a clean container through a fine mesh strainer or double layer of cheesecloth.

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

Pour the cold brew into a shallow baking dish and place it directly on the grill grate. Smoke for 1 to 2 hours depending on the desired level of smoke.

Remove from grill and place over an ice bath to cool. Drink as is over ice, with cream or sugar, or use in your favorite coffee recipes. Enjoy!
