1 Teaspoon | baking soda |
1/2 Teaspoon | Salt |
1 1/2 Stick | butter, softened |
1 Cup | brown sugar, firmly packed |
1/2 Cup | Sugar |
2 Whole | Eggs |
1 Teaspoon | vanilla extract |
2 Cup | semisweet chocolate chips |
1 1/2 Cup | chopped walnuts or pecans |

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

In another bowl beat butter until fluffy. Add brown sugar, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

Gradually mix the flour mixture in. Gently fold in chocolate chips and nuts into dough.

Drop spoonful amounts of dough onto a sheet of aluminum foil.

When ready to cook, set the temperature to 350F and allow to preheat. Bake for 17 minutes Tip From the Pro: Use a new sheet of foil for each batch of cookies to prevent sticking. Enjoy!
