Smoked Salted Caramel White Russian

Smoked half and half + smoked ice cubes combine with Kahlua and vodka to make this Traegerized White Russian. The addition of drizzled salted caramel will have you and your crew pouring this up all night long.

As Needed salted caramel sauce
6 Ounce vodka
6 Ounce Kahlúa

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

    Pour the half-and-half in a shallow baking dish and place directly on the grill grate. In another shallow baking dish, pour 2 to 3 cups of water and place on the grill next to the half-and-half.

    Smoke both the half-and-half and water for 20 minutes. Remove from the grill and let cool.

    Super Smoke

    Place the half-and-half in the fridge until ready to use. Pour the smoked water into ice cube trays and transfer to the freezer until completely frozen.

    Separate the smoked ice cubes into four glasses. Drizzle the salted caramel sauce around the inside of the glass.

    Pour 1-1/2 ounce vodka and 1-1/2 ounce Kahlúa into each of the glasses and top with the smoked half-and-half. Enjoy!
