Smoked until tender in a cast iron pan, mushrooms make the perfect appetizer or side dish to add earthy flavor to the table.

1/2 Cup | apple cider vinegar |
1/2 Cup | soy sauce |

Step 1
Clean mushrooms and place in a large Ziploc bag. Add apple cider vinegar, soy sauce and rub.

1 Teaspoon Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub
Step 2
Mix well and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Step 3
When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill, set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place cast iron skillet inside grill for 20 minutes to warm up.
Step 5
Add the mushrooms and marinade slowly into the cast iron skillet.
Step 6
Cook uncovered for 15 minutes, then cover the skillet and cook another 30 minutes until mushrooms are tender.

Remove skillet from grill and let mushrooms cool down for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
