1/3 Cup | Traeger Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce |

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Cut each piece of bacon into thirds or halves. Wrap each water chestnut with a piece of bacon large enough to encircle it and secure the bacon with a toothpick. Place the bacon-wrapped chestnuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Place the baking sheet directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and bake for 20 minutes.

Make the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, brown sugar, and Traeger BBQ sauce until combined.

Pour the sauce over the chestnuts. Close the lid and cook until the bacon is crisp and cooked through and the sauce has set, 10-15 minutes.
