Support your favorite French Olympians by smoking up their native brie dip on the Traeger.

16 Ounce | (16 oz) brie wheel |
1/3 Cup | honey |
1/4 Cup | pecans |
As Needed | Crackers |
As Needed | apple, sliced |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 350℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Line a rimmed baking sheet with a piece of parchment or aluminum foil. Using a sharp serrated knife, slice top—the white rind—off the brie. (Le the ave the rind on the sides and bottom intact.)
16 Ounce (16 oz) brie wheel
Step 3
Put the brie, cut side up, on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with the honey. Sprinkle nuts on top.

1/4 Cup pecans
Step 4
Bake the brie until it is soft and oozing, but not melting, 8 to 10 minutes. Let it cool for a couple of minutes and transfer to a serving plate.

Serve with crackers and sliced apple wedges. Drizzle with more honey, if desired. Enjoy!
