Bacon-Wrapped Corn on the Cob

4 ears fresh corn
8 Piecessliced bacon
1 Teaspoonfresh cracked pepper
1 Teaspoonchili powder
Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Steps

  • Step 1

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 375°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Peel back the corn husks, remove the silk strings and rinse the corn under cold water.

    Ingredients
    • 4  ears fresh corn

  • Step 3

    Wrap 2 pieces of bacon around each ear of corn, securing with toothpicks. Season each ear of corn with chili powder and cracked black pepper.

    • 8 Pieces sliced bacon

    • 1 Teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

    • 1 Teaspoon chili powder

  • Step 4

    Place the corn directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook for 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and cooked through.

  • Step 5

    Remove the corn from the grill. Carefully remove the toothpicks and season with additional chili powder and Parmesan cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
