Combine apple cider vinegar and Traeger Apricot BBQ Sauce to create salad dressing.

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Toss the asparagus with olive oil and Traeger Beef Rub.

Put asparagus in the Traeger grilling basket and move the basket to the grill grate.

Grill for about 10 minutes. Remove the asparagus once it is cooked.

Place the hot asparagus right on top of the bowl of spinach.

Add candied pecans, feta cheese and salad dressing, then toss and serve. Enjoy!
