Take your veggie side dish to Pro status with this delicious glazed grilled vegetable recipe. You may want to devour all the grilled veggies yourself but if you share, they’re sure to be a crowd pleaser.

1 Pound | carrot, peeled |
2 Tablespoon | Olive oil |
As Needed | Sea salt |
2 Tablespoon | honey |
To Taste | lemon zest |

Rinse all vegetables under cold water. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and a generous sprinkling of sea salt. Generously drizzle carrots with honey and lightly sprinkle with sea salt.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 350℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place carrots directly on the grill grate or in a grill basket and cook the carrots for 10 to 15 minutes, then add the asparagus. Cook until done to your liking, another 15 to 20 minutes.
